At MDS we have factory trained engineers on-site to cover product distributed by MD Solutions and also have engineers based in each state for fast, local service. Smaller equipment can be serviced or repaired by return to MD Solutions Service Department.
Please include the following information when returning a product for assessment / repair:
Quote request or item number
Name of hospital
Department or clinic
Person to contact for service and clinical questions
Type of machine
Packing list including all parts and permanent packaging
Specialty, power setting and accessories that were being used
Fault description and on screen data / error codes
Any time constraints for the return of equipment
Replacement unit required – please phone to speak to us directly in this case, costs may be incurred
